About

A practitioner who has had to live with the result.

Diagenic AI is led by Allen Jackson: builder, enterprise software seller, alliance diplomat, and systems thinker. The public writing is the point of view. The practice is how that point of view gets used in a live decision.

The practice

Judgment for decisions that have owners.

The work sits where agentic AI meets workflow platforms, systems of record, partner ecosystems, and services economics. Start with customer impact and ROI, name the broken work pattern, then tie it back to the executive who owns the number.

Diagenic is a small practice. The site stays small on purpose so the private work does not have to reinvent a language every engagement.

Background

Judgment before biography.

The arc runs from systems implementation through workflow, BPM, predictive analytics, and machine learning, then into enterprise software sales and alliance leadership. A large share of the work is diplomacy between organizations that should be aligned and are structurally inclined to compete: vendor field teams, GSI practices, partner sales, delivery, product, and line-of-business owners.

Allen holds an MBA with honors from Kennesaw State University. The public writing should prove the background. The resume is not the product.

The name

Why Diagenic.

The name is geological shorthand. Diagenesis is how loose sediment becomes rock: pressure, time, and a change in structure. The practice is the operating version of that job. Scattered expert judgment, partner motions, and delivery habits have to become durable enough to run. The name is a reminder. It is not the argument.
